 The Charlotte VRA will attempting our first Iron Butt ride this Saturday, May 8th 2010. We are planning to leave at 4:00 am out of the Petro Express parking lot, next door to IHOP in Gastonia, NC. If you would like to come out and show your support we are planning to meet at IHOP at 3:00 for breakfast and a quick meeting. I know, I know that's way to early for some to even think about getting out of bed. It would be great to see some folks there showing us some support before we venture out on a 1000 mile trip in 24 hours.
Also, this trip is open to anyone and everyone who thinks they can make it. So with that in mind if your up for a great adventure and the Iron Butt Title come on out Saturday morning. We will have a few extra forms for those who forget them and last minute attendees.
